Located in Sydney’s historic Rocks precinct, Hickson House Distilling Co. blends heritage character with contemporary hospitality. CDF Studio was engaged to deliver custom furniture, joinery, and interior features designed to suit the unique demands of the space.

Our work included banquette seating, timber tables, feature bar stools, shelving, and detailed elements such as the brass footrail, antique mirror wall, steel door set, stair treads, and bespoke metalwork. Each piece was crafted to complement the building’s dramatic architecture while meeting the practical needs of a busy distillery and bar.

The result is a warm, inviting space that functions seamlessly as both a working distillery and a premium venue.
